I got my start studying Biomedical Engineering and working as a Technical Support Analyst for a healthcare technology company. I later moved into an Implementation Engineer role within the same company. What do both of these positions have in common, that is also relevant to the world of UX? A strong focus on building a direct and mutually beneficial relationship with a variety of customers, that's what!
I have years of experience in the trenches, so to speak, when it comes to dealing with customers and their pain points. As such, my research methods are thorough and my strategies are far-reaching. After all, UX is a vital part of every interaction we have in this world, and if it’s memorable it will always help you stand out from the crowd. A good user experience draws people in; a great one will keep them coming back for years to come.
Let me help you make your product more usable, and thus more commercially viable. I’m currently looking for freelance or contract work as a UX Designer, so send me an email or give me a call if you want to chat!
Yup, that's me next to the Hachikō statue in Shibuya, Japan. I look forward to bringing my unique experiences and perspectives to your team!
Do you want a digital product with an information architecture that, above all, makes sense?
Do you want happy, repeat customers that go back to your site because you give them what THEY want?
Do you want a designer who puts function before form, and will make sure the most important flows of your website work BEFORE focusing on how it looks?
Do you want a UX Designer that has the know-how to speak the same language as your Developers?
If the answer to any of the above is an emphatic "YES!!!" then I urge you to reach out to me using any of the methods below:
